2. Product Description

This permanent magnetic separator is a professional ore dressing and impurity removal equipment. It is designed based on the magnetic difference between minerals and impurities.

Equipped with an optimized magnetic circuit system and high-performance rare earth magnetic roller, it generates a stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently adsorb ferromagnetic and weak magnetic impurities.

It is widely used in mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical industry, building materials and scrap metal recycling. The machine supports continuous automatic feeding, separation and discharging, enabling uninterrupted large-volume production.

It effectively removes iron impurities from raw ores and non-metallic materials, improves ore grade and product purity, and reduces raw material waste. It can be perfectly matched with crushing, grinding and screening production lines.
